Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası
Bu sayfa, digitar.cloud'u ziyaret ettiğinizde ya da bize yazdığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini ve sitede hangi çerez ve benzeri teknolojilerin kullanıldığını açıklar. Aynı zamanda 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m.10 kapsamındaki aydınlatma metnidir.

Verileriniz satılmaz, reklam ya da profil çıkarma amacıyla kullanılmaz ve yalnızca yukarıdaki amaçlarla işlenir.
3. Verilerin aktarıldığı taraflar
- Hostinger — sitenin ve info@digitar.cloud e-posta hesabının barındırıldığı sağlayıcıdır. Site sunucusu Almanya'dadır (Frankfurt).
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — iletişim formunu e-postaya dönüştüren hizmettir; ABD merkezlidir. Formu gönderdiğinizde bilgileriniz bu hizmet üzerinden bize iletilir.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — WhatsApp düğmesine tıkladığınızda WhatsApp'a yönlendirilirsiniz; bundan sonrasında WhatsApp'ın kendi politikaları geçerlidir.
- LinkedIn — yalnızca "harici içerik"e izin verirseniz LinkedIn gönderileri LinkedIn sunucularından yüklenir.
- Google Fonts (Google) ve jsDelivr (CDN) — yazı tipleri ve sitenin kod kütüphaneleri bu sunuculardan yüklenir. Bu sunucular, sayfayı açtığınızda IP adresinizi ve tarayıcı bilginizi görür; çerez bırakmazlar.
Yurt dışına aktarım: Yukarıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışında bulunur. İletişim formunu gönderirken form altındaki onay kutusunu işaretleyerek, bilgilerinizin form hizmet sağlayıcısı üzerinden yurt dışındaki sunuculara iletilmesine açık rıza vermiş olursunuz. Dilerseniz formu kullanmadan e-posta ile de bize yazabilirsiniz. Rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz.
4. Çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler
Sitemizde reklam, istatistik (analitik) ya da profil çıkarma amaçlı çerez kullanmıyoruz. Kullandığımız teknolojiler şunlardır:

Tercihlerinizi istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz: sayfa altındaki "Çerez tercihleri" bağlantısını kullanın ya da tarayıcınızın ayarlarından çerezleri ve site verilerini silin.
5. Saklama süreleri
Form ve e-posta yoluyla ilettiğiniz bilgiler, talebinizin değerlendirilmesi ve olası iş ilişkisi süresince, sonrasında ise yasal saklama ve zamanaşımı süreleriyle sınırlı olarak saklanır. Sunucu günlükleri güvenlik ve işletim için gerekli olduğu süre kadar tutulur. Tarayıcı depolamasındaki tercihler siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır.
6. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, işlenen verilerin analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Başvurularınızı info@digitar.cloud adresine iletebilirsiniz. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
7. Güvenlik
Site HTTPS ile sunulur. Verilere erişim yetkili kişilerle sınırlıdır. Ancak internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir iletimin tamamen güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika, sitede kullanılan teknolojiler ya da mevzuat değiştikçe güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Your data is never sold, never used for advertising or profiling, and is processed only for the purposes above.
3. Who receives your data
- Hostinger — hosts the site and the info@digitar.cloud mailbox. The site server is in Germany (Frankfurt).
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — converts the contact form into an email; US-based. When you submit the form, your details reach us through this service.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — clicking the WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp; from there WhatsApp's own policies apply.
- LinkedIn — LinkedIn posts load from LinkedIn's servers only if you allow "external content".
- Google Fonts (Google) and jsDelivr (CDN) — fonts and the site's code libraries load from these servers. They see your IP address and browser information when you open the page; they do not set cookies.
Transfers abroad: Some of the providers above are located abroad. By ticking the checkbox under the contact form you give your explicit consent to your details being sent to servers abroad through the form provider. If you prefer, you can write to us by email instead of using the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising, statistics (analytics) or profiling cookies on this site. The technologies we use are:

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser settings.
5. Retention
Information you send through the form or by email is kept while your request is being handled and during any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only for the legal retention and limitation periods. Server logs are kept as long as needed for security and operation. Preferences in browser storage stay on your device until you delete them.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed; request information about it; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
Send your requests to info@digitar.cloud. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to data is limited to authorised people. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated as the technologies used on the site or the legislation change. The current version is always published on this page.
